First Tapping Ceremony
First tapping is a chance to see how the forest is tapped and syrup made. This years first tapping was at Pinedale Maples โ Scott & Lori Baptie.
Pinedale Maples hosted the 2019 and 2020 ceremonies as well as ย 2023.
