Parking
With so many people coming to Sunderland parking is a challenge. Most people enter via the east end. The easiest parking is to come in from the west on Durham Rd 10 (Sunderland Road). When you are close to town there is a large grain elevator. Park there are a free shuttle bus to town and back. You can download the map PDF from below. At the entrances there are free printed maps to take.

Dogs
Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome, BUT realize we expect 6,000 people each day. This is scary to many dogs. Also dogs are not permitted in restaurants and the Legion Pancake breakfast. There are outdoor picnic tables in front of the legion so have one person go in and get the food as takeout and enjoy outside with your dog.
Cash Machines
There are several cash machines. See the map for details. The challenge is with so many visitors, the machines do run out. Many vendors accept cards. Best to ask first. The Legion Pancake breakfast accepts cash and debit cards.
